1. Advance Payment
- All customers can pay any amount (must be 200 or more) advance to confirm an order.
- The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery (if applicable).
2. Return & Refund Timeline
- Products are eligible for return or refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging materials such as box, poly/poli bag, tags, or any included items must be returned.
- If any part of the packaging or included materials is damaged or missing, a deduction will be applied from the refund amount.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If eligible, the remaining balance (after any necessary deductions) will be refunded to the customer.
- Advance payment is not refundable (for delivery cost).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale or special discounts may not be eligible for return.
- Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
